An event dedicated to the motto of the current year "Independent, Permanently Neutral Turkmenistan – the Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses" was held at the Turkmenistan Embassy in China. During the event, the book by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov titled "Neutrality of Turkmenistan – the Bright Path of Peace and Trust" was presented.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, participants included the Secretary General of the Chinese Horse Breeding Association, representatives of the Turkmen-Chinese Cultural Center, editors and correspondents from Psearcher and Lookwe media outlets, faculty members from Beijing universities, as well as Turkmen youth studying at Chinese educational institutions.
Turkmen diplomat Parakhat Durdyev informed attendees about the proclamation of 2026 under the motto "Independent, Permanently Neutral Turkmenistan – the Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses" and introduced the audience to the key ideas and significance of the book "Neutrality of Turkmenistan – the Bright Path of Peace and Trust."
The Chinese side in their remarks emphasized the high quality and dynamic strengthening of bilateral relations between the countries, as well as Turkmenistan's impressive achievements.
During the ceremony, Weiyu Huakaiyu, an expert from the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences and specialist from Inner Mongolia University in biochemistry and molecular biology, was officially presented with a certificate of membership in the International Alabai Association.
